At Ridstarebike, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your e-bike or accessories within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your e-bike in its original factory packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and chargers are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Attach the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger freight items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
