Do the e-bikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes arrive 85% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We include all necessary tools and a comprehensive assembly guide in the box.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every Ridstarebike comes with a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty covering the frame, motor, battery, and controller against manufacturing defects.
Can I return my bike if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy for bikes in new, unused condition. Please note that return shipping fees may apply and the item must be in its original packaging.
Are the batteries removable for charging?
Yes, all Ridstarebike models feature high-capacity lithium-ion batteries that can be easily locked and removed for convenient charging indoors or while attached to the frame.
